Q: What is the legal basis for cooperation?
A: Cooperation is based on a civil law contract for advertising space rental. I am a private individual - the owner of euronooks.com website, who rents specific advertising space.

 

Q: Will I receive a VAT invoice?
A: As a private individual, I do not issue VAT invoices. The basis for settlements is the advertising space rental agreement and payment confirmation. These documents are sufficient for accounting purposes in your company.

 

Q: What documents will I receive?
A: You will receive:
- Advertising space rental agreement
- Payment confirmation
- Rented space specification
- Service implementation report (monthly)

 

2. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
Q: Who prepares the advertising materials?
A: You can provide your own materials according to the specification or use our help in preparing them (additional paid service).

 

Q: Can I change materials during the contract period?
A: Yes, material changes are possible once a month at no additional charge. Each subsequent change in a given month costs €20.

 

Q: In what format should I provide materials?
A: We accept files in formats:
- Graphics: PNG, JPG (min. 72 dpi, RGB)
- Logo: files with transparent background
- Texts: in editable form

3. PAYMENTS AND CONTRACT
Q: When and how to make payments?
A: Payments are made in advance for the agreed period, by bank transfer to the specified account. First payment before the start of advertising emission.

 

Q: Is it possible to pay in installments?
A: For long-term contracts (over 6 months), monthly installment payments are possible.

 

Q: Is there a returnable deposit?
A: We don't collect deposits. Cooperation is based on prepayments for the agreed period.

 

4. STATISTICS AND EFFECTIVENESS
Q: Will I receive viewing statistics?
A: Yes, we provide a monthly Google Analytics report containing:
- Number of unique users and page views
- Average time spent on the site
- Most popular sections and subpages
- Basic geographic user data
- Traffic sources

5. PERIODS AND TERMINATION
Q: What is the minimum cooperation period?

A: The contract can be terminated with a one-month notice period, in written or email form. In case of termination by the tenant, the fee for the unused period is non-refundable.

Q: What about GDPR and data protection?
A: We operate in compliance with GDPR. All data is processed according to the privacy policy available on the website. We also sign necessary documents regarding data processing entrustment.
